YES, we offer a complete managed services solution where we handle all technical and operational back-end support. Our customers handle sales, marketing and customer relations.
Where are your POP’s located?
Our USA POP is located in Miami, Florida where we are also headquartered. Our European POP is in Madrid, Spain.
What is your minimum monthly billing?

Do you work with start-up’s?
YES, as long as they meet our minimum monthly billing amounts.
What’s the difference between Console and Captura?
Console is for BIG traffic operators looking for unlimited capacity and tons of great features.
Captura is for small to medium size operators looking to migrate from inferior solutions to a carrier grade platform.
Do you provide training and support?
YES, every new customer receives personalized training. Our support team is available 24/7 to answer any questions.
Where is your NOC located and what languages do they speak?
We have engineers in the USA, Colombia, India and Pakistan. The languages spoken are English, Spanish and Hindi.
How long does it take to migrate to your platform?
On average, our customers take between 30 to 60 days.
Do you terminate voice traffic also?
NO, we don’t buy and resell minutes or compete with our customers.
Do you offer LRN service?
YES, we host and manage our own LNP/LRN database for carriers terminating USA traffic.
Do I have to sign a contract? What is the minimum term commitment?
YES, a contract is required in order to commence services. The minimum term is 12 months.
